The FUTURE is here.
Aquahawks Elite is redefining what a competitive swim team can be. We believe success in swimming isn't measured by how quickly an athlete progresses—it's measured by how long they continue to love the sport and grow through it.
Our program is built around athlete sustainability. We prioritize long-term development over short-term results, creating an environment where swimmers can build strong fundamentals, develop confidence, and enjoy the journey for years to come. We believe the best athletes are those who are given the opportunity to thrive both in and out of the pool.
We also recognize that every family has different goals, schedules, and resources. That's why Aquahawks Elite offers flexible pathways that allow families to choose the level of commitment and competition that best fits their lifestyle. Whether a swimmer is looking to build skills, compete locally, or pursue higher levels of the sport, our program provides options that make competitive swimming more accessible and sustainable.
Our training philosophy was designed by Bobby Guntoro, whose coaching career has helped develop Olympians, NCAA champions, conference champions, and All-Americans. His approach is rooted in long-term athlete development, emphasizing technical excellence, purposeful training, and maintaining balance between swimming, academics, family, and life beyond the pool.
Leading our day-to-day program is Head Coach Brandon Ress, whose ability to motivate and genuinely connect with swimmers creates an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Brandon believes that great swimmers are built through exceptional fundamentals—not endless laps. Every practice is designed with intention, focusing on technique, skill development, and efficient movement before volume.
At Aquahawks Elite, we aren't just developing faster swimmers—we're developing confident athletes, resilient people, and a lifelong love for the sport.
